| Services:
We will deliver the equipment with a trained attendant to each event,
at a home or park location. The rental service, delivery, set up
and break down is included in the basic price.
Reservations: Reservations are taken
over the telephone at 305-551-7987. A deposit is required to assure
your reservation. Deposits must be received within 7 days after
booking the event. We will call you once the deposit is received.
Full payment is due at the beginning of the event in CASH only,
unless other arrangements are made with administration. The charge
for a return check is $25.00.
Cancellation: During periods of severe
weather you/we reserve the right to cancel an event. If you are
interested in rescheduling your event during stormy weather, we
ask that you please contact us at least three hours before your
event start time. Deposits are non-refundable, but you may use your
deposit to re-schedule within one year if we are notified before
the three hour period. If we do receive notice of cancellation at
least three hours prior to you event start time, then the deposit
will not be used to re-schedule. Payment is due at the beginning
of the party and is not refundable.
Electricity: The customer must provide
electricity at every event unless we are notified. We will provide
all necessary extension cords. We will provide a generator for an
additional $20.00 if necessary. Please note that most parks do require
the use of a generator, even though there is electricity at the
shelter.
Traveling Fees: - There may be a possible
additional delivery charge outside of Dade County. Please contact
us to see if this fee applies to your area.
Water: The customer is responsible
for providing the water for our Water Fun equipment. We will provide
all necessary hoses.
